Fun Activities for Kids in Bucks County and Philadelphia

Are you a parent or a caregiver who wants to find some fun activities for young people? We’re a top-rated Bucks County preschool and we’ve got a few places for you to keep in mind for your next outing.

Bounce U in Langhorne is always a fun stop. Whether you want to book a date for a birthday party or whether you just want to take your child in to bounce off some energy, Bounce U is a great option. Located in Langhorne, Bounce U is an indoor inflatable park that has convenient hours and flexible pricing.

Looking for some signs of spring? Then check out Bowman’s Hill Tower and Wildflower Preserve. Located in Washington’s Crossing, Bowman’s Hill Tower and Wildflower Preserve is a beautiful place to pack a lunch and take a hike to enjoy some spectacular scenery with children of any age.

Feeling lucky? Maybe you should consider a game of bowling at Brunswick Zone in Feasterville. This fun spot has arcades, laser tag and, of course, bowling. Whether you have a five-year-old or a fifteen-year-old, Brunswick Zone is a fun place for all.

If you want to head into New Hope for the afternoon, then check out Bucks County Children’s Museum. This is the perfect space for your little one to have a blast inside a museum made just for kids. The Bucks County Children’s Museum has over 10,000 square-feet of fun for everybody.

Venturing outside of Bucks County? If you’re planning a Philadelphia adventure, then consider the Liberty Bell. The Liberty Bell is located on Market Street in Philadelphia. The building is open all year long and is free for visitors. Check before you go because hours vary by season.

The National Museum of American Jewish History is another great spot to check out with children of all ages. This spot is dedicated to preserving the American Jewish experience. Children under thirteen must be accompanied by an adult. Tickets must be purchased in advance.

Ready for adventure? Then check out Smith Memorial Playground and Playhouse. This is a safe, free place for kids ten and under. It’s located in Fairmount Park and includes a 6.5-acre playground. A giant wooden slide is one of its main attractions, in addition to several other pieces of unique playground equipment.

If you haven’t been to the Please Touch Museum, then you’re in for a treat. Located in the Wynnefield section of Philadelphia, the Please Touch Museum is the country’s first museum designed for kids ages seven and under. The museum has nine interactive exhibits for kids to enjoy and there’s also the Playhouse Theater.
